ROASTERS NOTES: Crafted specifically for cold brewing, this signature blend produces a smooth, naturally sweet cup with notes of praline, toffee, and chocolate. Designed for exceptional balance and low acidity, it creates an incredibly refreshing brew whether served over ice or enjoyed black. This blend features organically grown Fair-Trade beans.
COLD BREW INSTRUCTIONS:
SMALL BATCH
• 1 cup coarse ground coffee
• 4 cups filtered water
LARGE BATCH
• 4 cups coarse ground coffee
• 1 gallon filtered water
METHOD
• Place coffee in a coffee sock, nut milk bag, or similar filter setup
• Fully submerge in a pitcher, jar, or container
• Steep for 20 hours
• Remove grounds and serve over ice
BEST ENJOYED
Serve over ice, black or with milk of choice.
